As per reports, a fire incident occurred in a newly constructed residential building located on President Lincoln Boulevard in the Ovcha Kupel neighborhood of Sofia, at approximately 1600 hours (local time) on Wednesday (13 August)

Emergency services, including fire brigade units and Ministry of Interior teams, are present at the incident site and are actively engaged in response operations as of 1900 hours (local time) on Wednesday (13 August).
