As per reports, a fire broke out from a high-rise building that housed a beauty salon on Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Ban Co Ward (old District 3) in Ho Chi Minh between 1500 to 1600 hours (local time) on Saturday (29 November). In response, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police mobilised fire trucks and more than 20 officers to the affected area.
Preliminary reports suggest that the fire may have started from a car parked in the basement of the building, while the fire was extinguished completely by around 1630 hours (local time). No reports of casualties have been made.
