According to reports, a fire incident occurred at a commercial complex in Ghatkopar area of eastern Mumbai on Monday (13 October).

• The blaze was reported on the ground floor of Golden Crush Business Park located on LBS Marg, near Shreyas Talkies in Ghatkopar.
• According to the Mumbai Fire Brigade, the incident was first reported at 1435 hours (local time), and the fire was officially declared Level-II at 1458 hours (local time).
• According to the Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB), the fire originated in the electric duct on the ground floor and spread vertically through the duct to the top floor, producing dense smoke throughout the building. One person suffered minor burns but is in stable condition.
• The blaze was brought under control at around 1800 hours (local time).
