As per reports, the A25 High Street is closed in both directions due to a bulding fire between North Street (Pump Corner) and London Road in Dorking as of 1720 hours local time on Thursday (01 February).

• No casualties have been reported due to the incident.
• While the fire has been extinguished, emergency crews remain at scene for further investigations.
• Those residing in the vicinity have been advised to keep their windows and doors closed due to risks from smoke.
