• The incident, believed to have originated during roof construction activities, has led to significant damage to the school’s roof structure.
• All students and staff have been safely evacuated from the premises.
• Emergency services, including the Rivierenland fire department, are actively managing the incident on site as of 1437 hours (local time) on Tuesday (02 September).
• Pastoor Mellaertsstraat is currently closed to traffic between Heist-Goorstraat and Mechelaars as of 1437 hours (local time) on Tuesday (02 September).
