As per reports, a fire occurred in a storage facility at the Tri Kita shopping center on Ibragimov Boulevard in Ufa, Russia during the early morning hours of Monday (15 December).

Emergency responders evacuated 22 people from the premises. A total of 69 firefighters and 22 units of equipment were deployed.

• As of 1300 hours local time (0800 hours UTC), the fire was localised and extinguished over an area of approximately 30 square meters.
• No casualties or injuries have been reported. Investigators and fire safety experts remain on site to determine the cause of the fire.
