Fertilizer Association scheduled to stage indefinite strike in Maharashtra from Monday (27 April)

As per reports, Maharashtra Fertilizers Pesticides Seeds Dealers Association (MAFDA) has announced an indifinite strike from Monday (27 April). Their demands include stopping the linking of fertilizer supplies by chemical fertilizer companies, stopping the sale of substantiated HTBT cotton seeds coming from neighbouring states and discussing with the association possible changes in the fertilizer distribution process in the upcoming Kharif season amid fertilizer shortage.

The association has stated that all sales centers in all districts of the state will remain closed for an indefinite period from Monday (27 April).
