According to reports, farmers in Rangpur city will hold a protest on Monday (03 November) over crop damage caused by unseasonal rainfall. The protest has been organized by the Botad District Congress Committee.

Led by District Congress President Himat Kataria, a large number of farmers are likely to gather at Ranpur. Political party workers are also to join the demonstration.
