According to Faridabad Traffic Police, heavy vehicles have been banned on all routes leading to Surajkund from 0700 hours (local time) on Sunday (16 November) to 2200 hours (local time) on Monday (17 November).

The advisory is issued in light of a VVIP event.

• The Faridabad-Gurgaon road, including the route from Pali Chowk via MVN, Manav Rachna, Anangpur Chowk, Surajkund Roundabout to Pehladpur and the Shooting Range, will remain closed to heavy vehicles for the specified time period.
• In addition, heavy vehicles will also be prohibited from traveling to and from Delhi via Badkhal Chowk via Ankhir Roundabout, Siddhadata Ashram, MVN, Manav Rachna, and Anangpur Chowk to Surajkund Roundabout.
