As per reports, on Tuesday (06 February), the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued a ban on any further political activity and election canvassing after midnight of Tuesday (06 February), or 0000 hours (local time) of Wednesday (07 February). It stated that participation or holding of any rallies, corner meetings or any sort of campaign-related activities will not be allowed until the conclusion of the Thursday (08 February) election, and legal action will be taken against any violators.
