As per reports, the General Authority of Meteorology issued a warning for dense fog on agricultural and highway roads near water bodies, particularly around Greater Cairo, the sea face, the northern coasts, the cities of the Canal, Central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt, on Thursday (04 January).

Light to moderate rainfall is expected on the northern coasts and north of the sea face, and satellite observations indicate sporadic wind activity in areas of the northwestern coasts, South Sinai, and North Upper Egypt on Thursday (04 January).

• South Sinai and South Upper Egypt will witness warm conditions, while the north of Upper Egypt is forecast to be very cold at night, with the rest of the regions experiencing cold temperatures.
