According to reports, the Health Office of South Tangerang (Tangsel), Banten, recorded 233 cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DBD) infecting residents in the area in the period January – April 2025.

• In addition, in East Ciputat District there were 45 cases, Ciputat 38 cases, Serpong 35 cases, Pamulang 34 cases, North Serpong 18 cases, and Setu 11 cases.
• Of the 233 DBD cases, Pondok Aren District was the area with the highest number of cases of the disease, namely 49 cases.
