• A heavy rainfall advisory is in effect from early morning to late morning hours on Monday (27 October) in Keelung North Coast, Taipei City mountain area, New Taipei City, and Yilan County.
• Meanwhile, a yellow strong wind advisory is in effect from early morning hours on Monday (27 October) through night hours on Tuesday (28 October) in the areas of New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Hsinchu City, Hsinchu County, Miaoli County, Taichung City, Changhua County, Yunlin County, Chiayi County, Tainan City, Pingtung County, Taitung County, Penghu County, Kinmen County, and Lienchiang County. In addition, the daily strong wind is expected to reach 6 levels or the gust wind reaches 8 levels.
