According to reports, the Vijayotsvalu celebrations, commemorating the Congress government’s one year in power, will culminate with the unveiling of the Telangana Talli statue at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat in Hyderabad on Monday evening (09 December).
