As per reports, according to the meteorological agency, Hydrometcenter Russia, coldest days of winter are forecast to continue in Moscow and St. Petersburg on Tuesday (18 February).
Due to the Arctic cyclone, temperatures are forecast to range between -16 degrees Celsius to -12 degrees Celsius in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Snowfall is also expected in the south of Russia, where the temperature is expected to be minus seven degrees.
