The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has stated that cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very cold in northern parts. However, heavy rainfall is expected in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Potohar region, Islamabad, northeast Punjab and northern Balochistan, on Tuesday (20 February).
