The China Meterological Administration (CMA) has issued a blue alert for road icing and snow in Changchun City in Jilin Province, China, which is valid until the night of Tuesday (17 February).

Due to snowfall, roads in the city will be slippery, and ice or snow accumulation may occur on road surfaces.
