Classes to be suspended across the Philippines on Monday (24 March) due to transport strike

As per reports, several schools have suspended in-person classes on Monday (24 March) due to a three-day transport strike initiated by the group Manibela. The strike protests discrepancies in consolidation figures reported by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board.

The following universities and colleges have announced class suspensions:
– Adamson University
– Cavite State University (main campus, until Tuesday (26 March)
– Centro Escolar Integrated School Manila
– Colegio de San Juan de Letran
– De La Salle University (Manila and Laguna campuses, until Tuesday (26 March)
– Far Eastern University (Manila and Makati campuses)
– Mapúa University (Intramuros and Makati campuses, until Senior High School)
– Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
– Trinity University of Asia until Tuesday (26 March)
– University of Santo Tomas
– University of the East until Tuesday (26 March)
– Malayan High School of Science
– Manuel L. Quezon University until Tuesday (26 March)
