According to reports, a violent clash erupted in the Siwal Khas area of Meerut on Monday (31 March). The incident occurred after the Eid prayers between two Muslim groups. The clashes became violent after stone pelting between the two parties, and the use of sticks was initiated by one group.

On receiving the information, police officials reached the location and initiated efforts to pacify the situation. Reportedly, six individuals were injured during the clashes. Police have arrested three individuals so far.
