As per a notification issued by the Bengaluru Traffic Police (BTP), the following traffic arrangements will apply on roads adjoining Aurobindo Circle and Vasavi Circle from 2100 hours- 0600 hours with effect from Wednesday (07 August) to Saturday (10 August).
• Due to traffic signal upgradation work at Aurobindo Circle, vehicles moving straight through the junction from Banashankari towards Silk Board may use the route via 9th Main Road and 38th Cross Road.
• Traffic coming from the 11th Main Road may use the 18th Main Road, 17th Main Road, 9th Cross Road and Sarakki Main Road to move towards Banashankari.
• Vehicles taking a right at the Raja Lakshmi Junction from Banashankari towards Silk Board may use the route via Sarakki Main Road, 9th Cross Road and 8th Main Road.
• Vehicles taking a left at the junction from Banashankari towards 11th Main Road may use the 9th Main Road or move via RV Road and 36th Cross Road.
• Regular traffic movement will continue on the route from JP Nagar towards the circle.
• Additionally, due to traffic signal upgradation work at Vasavi Circle, vehicles moving straight through the junction may use the alternate routes via BP Wadia Road, Kanakpura Road, National College Junction and Diagonal Road to go towards Sajjan Rao Circle; via Krishna Rao Road from Sajjan Rao Circle towards National College Junction.
• Vehicles coming from Lalbagh Main Gate side towards Ramkrishna Ashram Circle and taking a left at the junction may move via Diagonal Road, Madhavrao Circle, Kanakpura Road and National College Junction.
• Vehicles moving from Sajjan Rao Circle towards Ramkrishna Ashram Circle and taking a right at the circle may move via Subramanya Temple Road and Shankar Mutt Road.
