As per reports, a bomb threat email targeting Lufthansa flight LH-754 travelling from Frankfurt to Hyderabad triggered a security alert at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad, Telangana, on Friday (15 May).

Authorities initiated emergency security protocols after the airline reportedly received an email claiming that an explosive device had been planted on the aircraft before its arrival in Hyderabad.

• The Lufthansa flight landed safely at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport following the security alert.
• After landing, the aircraft was reportedly moved to an isolation bay for detailed security screening and inspection procedures.
• Bomb disposal squads, airport security personnel, and other emergency response teams were deployed to examine the aircraft thoroughly.
• Officials stated that no immediate threat had been confirmed as of Friday (15 May), while investigations and security checks remain ongoing.
