As per reports, a clash broke out between Trinamool Congress (TMC) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) supporters in West Bengal’s Baranagar in the North 24 Parganas District on Sunday (22 March). No injuries or escalations have been reported as yet.

Security forces were deployed to control the situation and prevent escalation. At present, senior police officials remain deployed in the area to maintain order.
