As per reports, the Department of Fire Service and Civil Defence of Dhaka has issued caution against a total of 2,603 buildings in Dhaka, found to be at risk of fire hazard.

Of the buildings, 1,106 are shopping complexes, and the rest of the risky buildings include educational institutions, hospitals, residential buildings and media houses.
