As per reports, the accused had gone to withdraw money from an ATM in Kalka. He said that when he was withdrawing money, a man was standing behind him and took his ATM card in the course of conversation and changed it.

The person had also seen the code of his ATM card. The complainant stated that on 29 June, INR 66,272 were withdrawn from his account.
