As per reports, the national government of Argentina enacted compulsory conciliation in the labour dispute involving air traffic controllers on Thursday (10 July). The decision becomes effective from 0000 hours (local time) on Friday (11 July) for a period of 15 days.
The measure mandates that all parties, including the controllers’ union, the Argentine Air Navigation Company, and the National Civil Aviation Administration, must revert to conditions in place before the dispute and suspend all direct action.
