As per reports, a planned 72-hour strike by Translink bus and train workers in Northern Ireland, from Tuesday (27 February) to Thursday (29 February), has been suspended following an improved pay offer from the company on Sunday (25 February).

Unite the Union (UNITE), General, Municipal, Boilermakers and Allied Trade Union (GMB) and Services, Industrial, Professional, and Technical Union (SIPTU) are now planning to ballot their membership on the new offer.
