The All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) has scheduled its general and executive committee meeting at the Sri Varu Venkatajalapathy Palace marriage hall in Vanagaram, Chennai, at 1000 hours (local time) on Thursday (11 December).

• More than 2,000 participants including committee members, district secretaries, special invitees and party leaders are expected to attend. Preparations include food and parking arrangements in the adjoining open ground, LED screens at multiple points and a predefined arrival route for senior leadership.
• Crowd gatherings and reception arrangements have been planned along the stretch from Koyambedu Flyover to Vanagaram, with supporters expected to assemble at Koyambedu Metro Station, Nerkundram, Maduravoyal and other junctions on the route. Cultural performances and welcome activities are also planned as part of the event.
