As per reports, abortion rights activists have called for protests on Tuesday (23 July) at 1800 hours local time in front of the Sejm (Lower House of the National Legislature of Poland).

• The protest is organized by the All-Poland Women’s Strike, Women in the Network – abortion in Polish, Foundation for Women and Family Planning (FEDERA), Democracy Action, Legal Abortion, Abortion Dream Team, and the Warsaw Women’s Strike.
• The protests are being held to denounce the recent rejection of the bill to decriminalize assisting with abortion. There were 218 votes against, 215 for, and two abstentions.
