As per reports, a union representing more than 180 transit workers in British Columbia has issued a 72-hour strike notice. The strikes will be effective from 0800 hours local time on Wednesday (03 January).

CUPE Local 4500 represents workers employed by the Coast Mountain Bus Company, which runs transit operations for Vancouver.
