According to reports, the Chinese Metrological Agency (CMA) has issued blue alert for cold-wave, for the regions of Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Hebei, Jilin, Liaoning, and many parts in southern China, from Sunday (21 January) till Tuesday (23 January).
