As per reports, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) called for a statewide bandh of all colleges from Intermediate to Postgraduate levels across Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday (05 August).

• ABVP representatives appealed to educational institution owners, teachers, students, and parents to support and cooperate with the state-wide bandh.
• ABVP has demanded the withdrawal of Government Order No. 77 and requested the extension of fee reimbursement benefits to postgraduate students.
• The ABVP bandh call in Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday (05 August) is limited strictly to colleges, with no official bandh or holiday declared for schools across the state.
