As per reports, on Thursday (26 March), disruptions in fuel availability have been observed across Jalna city and district in Maharashtra, with several petrol pumps displaying ‘no stock’ notices.
• The situation has led to long queues of vehicles at fuel stations, with motorists reportedly facing difficulty in accessing petrol. Increased demand and precautionary refueling amid concerns over supply continuity have contributed to congestion at multiple outlets.
• In addition to petrol shortages, delays in LPG gas distribution have also been reported, with queues forming at gas agencies and customers experiencing extended waiting times for cylinder refills.
• Authorities indicated that while fuel reserves remain available at the district level, temporary supply gaps at retail outlets may be linked to logistical delays, including disruptions in replenishment schedules.
