The China Meteorological Administration (CMA) has issued a yellow geological disaster meteorological risk alert for Friday (11 September).
A relatively high meteorological risk of geological disasters is forecast across parts of southern Tibet. The warning has been issued due to weather conditions that may increase the likelihood of landslides, rockfalls, debris flows and slope failures in the affected areas.
