The China Meteorological Administration (CMA) has issued a yellow alert for geological disaster meteorological risk across parts of southwestern Hubei and eastern Chongqing on Sunday and Monday (20 – 21 September)
• Personnel within the warning areas have been advised to monitor changes in warning information, remain alert to nearby warning signs and avoid prolonged stays in high-risk areas such as valleys, slopes and steep cliffs.
• The alert is in effect until 2000 hours (local time) on Monday (21 September).
