The China Meteorological Administration (CMA) has issued yellow and blue flash flood alerts for parts of China on Wednesday (09 September).
• Yellow alert: A higher probability of localized flash floods is forecast across parts of central Sichuan, central Shaanxi and southern Gansu.
• Blue alert: Flash floods are possible across parts of central and northern Sichuan, northeastern Yunnan, central and northern Shaanxi, southern Gansu, eastern Qinghai and southern Ningxia.
