As per reports, the National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a winter weather advisory for the Eastern Lake Ontario Region, New York State from 0500 hours (local time) Monday (18 March) till 0500 hours (local time) Tuesday (19 March).
• Heavy snowfall with total snow accumulations of between five and nine inches are expected across the higher terrain of the Tug Hill Plateau.
• The cities covered under the winter weather advisory include Oswego, Watertown, and Lowville.
