As per reports, the National Weather Service (NWS) Hanford has issued a Wind Advisory for several areas across western Fresno and Kings Counties, including Los Banos, Dos Palos, Coalinga, Avenal, Buena Vista, Kettleman City, Five Points, and adjacent mountain corridors.

• The advisory is in effect from Thursday (13 November), from 0100 hours local time (0900 hours UTC) to 1600 hours local time (0000 hours UTC on 14 November).
• Forecast conditions indicate south winds between 10 and 20 miles per hour, with gusts reaching up to 35 miles per hour. These winds may impact communities along the west side of the San Joaquin Valley and the West Side Mountains both north and south of Highway 198. The strongest gusts are expected during late morning and early afternoon on Thursday (13 Thursday).
