Weather warning issued for parts of South Australia on Wednesday (19 June)

The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a severe weather warning for damaging winds for parts of West Coast and Lower Eyre Peninsula districts for Wednesday (19 June). Locations affected include Port Lincoln, Elliston and Streaky Bay.

Strong winds, averaging 50 to 60 km/h with damaging wind gusts of around 90 km/h are possible on Wednesday (19 June) night and through Thursday (20 June) morning hours along parts of the Eyre Peninsula, most likely in the western region.
