The Thane Police issued a traffic advisory for the closure of Valdhuni Flyover, which connects Kalyan East and West, till 10 January 2026 till 0000 hours (local time) due to the work of asphalting, bearing replacement, and expansion joint repairs.
• All types of vehicles coming from Kalyan East via Late Anand Dighe Bridge towards Kalyan West through Valdhuni Bridge will be prohibited from entering at Samrat Chowk (Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Chowk). These vehicles should take a right turn at Samrat Chowk and proceed via Shantinagar–Ulhasnagar route to their destination.
• All types of vehicles coming from Ulhasnagar city via Samrat Chowk and Valdhuni Bridge towards Kalyan West will be prohibited from entering at Samrat Chowk (Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Chowk).These vehicles should take a left turn at Samrat Chowk and proceed via Late Anand Dighe Bridge to their destination.
• All types of vehicles traveling from Kalyan West via Valdhuni Bridge through Samrat Chowk towards Ulhasnagar and from Late Anand Dighe Bridge towards Kalyan East will be prohibited from entering at Subhash Chowk.These vehicles should go straight ahead from Subhash Chowk, then via Karnik Road, take a right turn at Prem Auto, and proceed via Shahad Bridge to their destination.
