According to latest reports, the Deputy Commissioner of Mandya district Dr. Kumar has stated that around 52 persons have been taken into custody, till Thursday (12 September) afternoon, in connection with the communal clashes that occurred in Nagamangala town.
Additionally, security measures have been expedited across Mandya and additional forces from Mysuru and Hassan jurisdictions have been requisitioned and deployed at sensitive places.
