As per reports, the Unity Merdeka community festival is scheduled at Dataran Merdeka in Kuala Lumpur from Friday to Monday (17-20 July), for which more than one million visitors are reportedly expected.

The event aims to strengthen community ties by promoting unity among Malaysia’s diverse ethnic groups, races and cultures through interactive activities, performances by local artists and participation of government agencies and private organisations.
