As per reports, Slovenia is scheduled to host the 2026 UEC Road European Championships from 02 October to 07 October, with more than 800 cyclists from over 50 countries competing across 14 races. Race routes connect Ljubljana, Skofja Loka, Kranj, Kamnik, Komenda, Cerklje na Gorenjskem and Sencur, with the main finishing circuit located around Sencur and featuring the climb to Mozjanca.
• Women’s U23 road race is scheduled in Sencur on 02 October from 0900 hours local time (0700 hours UTC) to 1110 hours (0910 hours UTC). Men’s U23 road race from 1330 hours local time (1130 hours UTC) to 1655 hours local time (1455 hours UTC), starting at Kongresni trg, Ljubljana, and finishing in Sencur.
• On 03 October, men’s junior road race is scheduled in Sencur/Ljubljana from 0900 hours local time (0700 hours UTC) to 1130 hours local time (0930 hours UTC) . Women’s elite road race from 1330 hours local time (1130 hours UTC) to 1640 hours (1440 hours UTC), starting at Kongresni trg, Ljubljana, and finishing in Sencur.
• On 04 October, the Women’s Junior Road Race is scheduled from 0900 hours local time (0700 hours UTC) to 1040 hours local time (0840 hours UTC) in Sencur, while the Men’s Elite Road Race is scheduled from 1230 hours local time (1030 hours UTC) to 1710 hours local time (1510 hours UTC), starting in Ljubljana and finishing in Sencur.
• In Sencur, official time-trial training is scheduled on 05 October, while the Junior Mixed Relay is scheduled from 1100 hours local time (0900 hours UTC) to 1335 hours local time (1135 hours UTC) and the Elite Mixed Relay from 1500 hours local time (1300 hours UTC) to 1645 hours local time (1445 hours UTC) on 06 October.
• On 07 October, individual time trials are scheduled in Sencur, beginning with the women’s junior race at 0930 hours local time (0730 hours UTC) and concluding with the men’s elite race from 1615 hours local time (1415 hours UTC) to 1715 hours local time (1515 hours UTC).
