As per reports, two security personnel were killed after they were attacked by militants in Moreh town on Wednesday (17 January). Two other security personnel were also injured in the attack launched by suspected Kuki militants in Tengnoupal district. Reportedly, the suspected Kuki militants threw bombs and fired at a security post near SBI Moreh. Additionally, the militants launched RPG shells at the makeshift commando post, causing damage to multiple parked vehicles nearby.
