Travel disruptions anticipated in Toronto from Saturday (14 December)

As per reports, due to planned road closures, significant travel disruptions can be anticipated in Toronto from Saturday (14 December).

The following works have been scheduled:

• On TTC line one, there is no subway service between St. Clair and York Mills stations on Saturday (14 December) and Sunday (15 December) due to track work.
• The TTC will be running shuttle buses that will stop at each station not serviced along the route. Lawrence station will also be closed.
• Additionally, streetcars and replacement buses on the 505/305 Dundas and 506/306 Carlton lines will be rerouted for streetcar infrastructure work from Saturday (13 December) until Thursday (19 December).
• The Dundas streetcars will turn back east by going north on Lansdowne Avenue, west on College Street and east on Dundas Street to return to its regular route. Replacement buses will head northwest on Dundas Street to reach Dundas West Station. Riders can board westbound buses or eastbound streetcars at the intersection of Brock Avenue and Dundas Street.
• Don Mills Road at Eglinton Avenue East will be closed on Friday (13 December) for work on the Ontario Line Project. The road will be closed from 1000 hours until 1500 hours loca time, while a series of test pit drilling activities occur.
