As per reports, all services between Newton Abbot and Plymouth have been cancelled as heavy rainfall led to flooding of tracks in Devon and Gloucestershire on Thursday (04 January). CrossCountry and Great Western Railways trains are affected.

• Disruptions are expected to last at least until 1800 hours local time on Thursday (04 January).
• Railway lines between Gloucester and Lydney are also blocked due to floodwaters, and are expected to remain so through Thursday (04 January).
