According to reports, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader Mohan Bhagwat is to visit Thiruvananthapuram on Friday (12 June).

Following are additional details:

• Traffic restrictions have been imposed in the city from 1300 hours (local time) to 1800 hours (local time) on Friday (12 June).
• Traffic restrictions will be imposed on Domestic Airport – Shankhumukham, All Saints Junction – Chakka, Lords Junction – Kuzhivila – Mukkolakkal, Kazhakoottam Flyover – Vettu Road, Shankhumukham, Vettukkad, Madhavpuram, Veli, South Thumba, Station Kadavu, Pallithura, Aratt Via and St. Andrews Roads.
• The police also informed that passengers going to the airport and railway station should arrange their journeys in advance.
• Parking is completely prohibited on major roads. Vehicles parked in violation of the law will be removed.
