Traffic restriction due to repair work on Jambhulwadi bridge till 10 February

As per reports, the National Highway Authority has initiated the repair work of the Jambhulwadi bridge on the Mumbai-Bangalore bypass. Consequently, the route heading towards Mumbai in the Jambhulwadi bridge area on the outer ring road will be closed for traffic until 10 February.

Deputy Commissioner of Traffic Police, Shashikant Borate, has stated that the traffic arrangements in the area will be in effect until 10 February due to the repair work, specifically the expansion joint repair of the Jambhulwadi bridge on the outer ring road. One lane leading to Mumbai in the Jambhulwadi bridge area will be closed for traffic during this period, while the remaining two lanes will accommodate traffic.
