As per reports, a multi-vehicle crash has occurred on a stretch of Interstate 64 in New Kent County, Virginia on Saturday (11 May), leading to traffic disruptions, as reported by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
• The incident, which took place at 1706 hours (local time) on Saturday (11 May),, has resulted in the closure of the east left shoulder and left lane of I-64 near Henpeck Road.
• VDOT has confirmed that traffic backups extend approximately three miles due to the crash and resulting lane closures. Authorities are working to manage the situation and facilitate traffic flow while advising drivers to exercise caution and seek alternative routes if possible.
