According to reports, traffic congestion hit the Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC)–Long Thanh–Dau Giay Expressway on Wednesday (11 February) morning, with vehicles moving slowly in the Northbound direction.

In Dong Nai Province, congestion occurred on two stretches. One extended from the interchange with National Highway 51 to the section passing the Long Thanh International Airport project. The other formed from the area in front of the rest area to the toll station at the entrance to the Phan Thiet–Dau Giay Expressway.
