Traditional healers march reported in Port Elizabeth, Gqeberha on Friday (13 September)

As per reports, on Friday (13 September), traditional healers marched to the Health Department in Parsons Hill, Port Elizabeth, to protest proposed new regulations under the Traditional Health Practitioners Act.

These regulations aim to formalise and standardise the practices of traditional healers, including mandatory registration and defined training periods.
